Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS:
All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Accessories, white articles of clothing, bodysuits and undergarments are all FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.
RETURN SHIPPING is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned with in 14 day.
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Accessories, bodysuits, inmates, white clothing or items cannot be returned These items are FINAL SALE
STORE CREDIT
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.slaynations.com

Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
- Store Credit will be processed with in 24-48 hours of receipt of item.
- Maintain track of your return parcel.
- Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned "PICKED UP"
- Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer
- Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at check out as on your original order
Gift Certificates
Gift cards purchased online may be redeemable online and all retail locations.
After your payment for the gift card has been accepted, the recipient will receive a gift card code via email. Gift card codes can be redeemed either online in your cart or in-store at the register. When using your online gift card in stores, present your email with the gift card code to your cashier.
Gift cards never expire.
You will not receive a physical card. Digital gift card designs are just for fun and will not be reflected in the cart or email confirmation.
If you are looking to present the gift card as a physical gift, enter your own personal email as 'recipient', and print the email with code out at home. Then just pop it in a card or a wrapped box!
COUPON CODES/DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY TO GIFT CARDS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored.
